I've been over weight for most of my life but this was a wake up call for me. I searched the internet for healthy eating plans and thankfully found this book. It includes four weeks of menu plans and the corresponding grocery lists which make eating right much easier than it has ever been. I've always known what I'm supposed to eat (whole grains, lean meats, fruit/vegetables) but the practical application has been beyond me. My two boys are following this plan with me and we absolutely love it. The best news? We're only on week three and I've already lost six pounds!! My energy levels are better than ever and I feel wonderful! My only wish would be a sequel so I can add to my new collection of healthy, delicious recipes...
