I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who has been diagnosed with Celiac disease or is gluten intolerant. I am so glad I chose this one over the other options. Every recipe has been tested to ensure it can be prepared milk free and/or egg free if you wish. If you are watching your calories or are just curious about the nutritional content of the meals, caloric values are provided for each and every recipe. I have tried the Sausage and Leek Pizza and the Crunchy Citrus Chicken and both were delicious! Even my boyfriend who isn't gluten intolerant enjoyed them.
My only complaint is that all of the baking recipes (cupcakes, cakes, muffins etc) call for a lot of ingredients. If you buy this book, plan on needing to stock up on pretty much every alternative flour there is out there. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend that anyone out there with Celiac/gluten intolerance buy THIS book before buying any other one.
