(More customer reviews)I found this book at my local library and by the last page I knew I had to own this cookbook. Since it was out of print I thought I would have to zerox every page. Fortunately I found out there were used copies available. Every recipe is easy and can be made with little effort. It is nicely organized into three basic catergories, poultry, meat, and seafood. They range from simple down home buttermilk fried chicken & biscuits to a restaurant nite-out scaloppine. Easy follow directions with basic pantry ingredients.
