(More customer reviews)By easy cooking, I don't mean stuff out of a can. I mean every direction is well-laid out to minimize cooking hassle. The recipes are yummy, "normal" and not loaded with salt and cheese-whiz.
If you want a cookbook that delivers, this is it. The cooking does involve work. But the results are delicious.
