(More customer reviews)This is a very old collection; my copy is older than I am. The recipes come from a variety of railroads from all across the USA, most of which don't exist any more. There is a lot of Kennedy-era French cuisine, but much of it is classic American regional cooking. It's a definite "grab me" for any rail nut who also likes to cook.
