(More customer reviews)I don't know why it's so hard to find spinach pasta in stores these days, but I was very glad to find this one. Good product, reasonable price.After cooking this pasta I discovered that it's almost impossible to keep it from turning to mush. Even al dente, it has a starchy coating that sticks to the teeth.
Sorry I bought it by the case!
