The recipes really ARE simple, as the name implies; they don't ask for you to hunt down obscure ingredients, nor do they expect you to know how to perform professional chef miracles either. This is for the everyday cook, who doesn't have a ton of time to devote to cooking but who does love a good, healthy, easy meal.
