(More customer reviews)I want to note that I did not purchase any of the books, because based on other reviews, this software comes with all the recipes in all of the books. I go to Dream Dinners approx 6-8 times per year. I purchased this software because I do enjoy assembling meals. I wanted "something" to help me save on costs. What I really like about this software is that you can enable your own edits. For example most recipes have "normal" or what I call "full fat" ingredients. Being nutritionally conscious, I often will substitute a lower fat or lower calorie version of an item. This software allows you to do that. Also, being single, when I'm at Dream Dinners, I make quantities of 3 rather than 6. This way I have more of a variety. This software allows you to alter the serving size. The standard serving size for most recipes is 6 or 8. When I pull up a recipe, I automatically change the serving size to 3 or 4 servings. The software automatically adjusts the quantities in your recipe.
I've also created/added some of my own favorites. I make spring rolls (cellophane wrapped ones) with a peanut sauce. I easily entered the ingredients for both of these recipes.
Why I didn't give it 5 stars: I wish that the program would provide nutrition information. That's the only flaw I see. Since the software knows the exact quantities of each ingredient, it would be great to have a nutrition summary. But there are many free sites out there that you can plug the info into and get the nutrition info if you desire.
