This book is a guide for individuals who are in pursuit of developing their own style of cooking. It contains great recipes, but the focus is on learning how to create your own dishes. I find many of my friends would love to cook, but either don't know where to begin or don't have the energy to follow complicated recipes. Out of a compulsion to alleviate this problem, the idea for this book was born. Cooking should be fun. Unfortunately, it's such a chore that we order in or go out when we would rather stay home.
