This book is a guide for individuals who are in pursuit of developing their own style of cooking. It contains great recipes, but the focus is on learning how to create your own dishes. I find many of my friends would love to cook, but either don't know where to begin or don't have the energy to follow complicated recipes. Out of a compulsion to alleviate this problem, the idea for this book was born. Cooking should be fun. Unfortunately, it's such a chore that we order in or go out when we would rather stay home. Besides being able to save money, the food you eat will be so much better. When you entertain, what a blast it will be to prepare great food for your friends, and not stress out or worry about it. This book will assist you in learning how to think about food, create your own original style of cooking, and make your work in the kitchen fun and exciting. What are you waiting for? Get started on your journey!
