(More customer reviews)My wife and I have tried only five recipes from this cookbook so far (we are slowly making our way through it), and all have been great. Very simple to prepare, very flavorful, and mostly healthy. I would definitely recommend this to any beginner cook, and there are some great ideas for those of us who have been cooking a lot longer. Also, I am a big fan of any cookbook with pictures to prep your palate.
