This book has easy, practical recipes for freezing, with a simple format and easy to find directions for preparing to serve after freezing. I have several freezer cooking or OAMC cookbooks and was looking for some more practical recipes, especially casseroles, that I could get ready and into my freezer for my upcoming surgery. I do this a lot for friends when they have surgeries or babies and need a break from standing in the kitchen! So many other cookbooks try to get fancy with new and different recipes, and this one gave me just some yummy recipes that I can easily prepare for the freezer. So refreshing and unique. Thank you!!
